Ladd has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Salem University and has been providing service for the Adaptive Community for over thirteen years. He is also a former FP&A professional with a specialization in financial modeling, reporting, and strategic planning.
Pinto has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. He is the former Senior Director of Adaptive Implementations at Strada and VP of Finance for Summit Health. At Trillix, his focus is on financial modeling through cloud-based system implementations.
Stewart has a degree from the Paris School of Business. She has over 25 years of experience in financial leadership. Her diversified portfolio includes experience in strategic planning and internal controls, along with developing processes for optimizations, ad-hoc support, and tenant assessments.
Cary has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Stonehill College and earned her CPA license at PwC. She’s worked in FP&A-focused roles for over eight years, developing an expertise in designing and optimizing integrations between Workday HCM, Workday Financials, and Adaptive Planning.
Beesch has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She has a background in Tax, FP&A, Sales Operations, and HR Analytics. She’s refined her ability to turn data into actionable insights and now empowers users to focus on analysis rather than maintenance.
